Signed: Yes - signed "Larry" (first name only) with a small hand-drawn sketch, and inscribed "To Eugene: A great fellow..." in the lower right. The artist's last name is not given and we were unable to identify the artist.

Condition Notes: Good vintage condition. Old yellowed tape pieces on all four corners on the back (front is not affected). Light surface scuffs and fine scratches in the dark brown lower area, light edge wear and roll curl. No tears or holes. 

Design Notes: Painted science-fiction scene of a starship labeled "Genesis 322" passing over a cloud-covered planet, with two figures standing on a ridge, a purple moon and a dense star field. The artwork shows visible hand-painted brushwork, including a dotted star field, and the title is done in a glowing neon-tube lettering style typical of early-1980s sci-fi art.
