The band took its name from a phrase associated with the marketing of exploitation films, particularly the 1968 movie Corruption, which was advertised with the tagline: "Therefore: No Woman Will Be Admitted Alone To See This Super-Shock Film!".

The band's drummer, David Floyd (AKA D. Butcher) would go on to play in numerous El Paso grindcore and metal acts including: Terminal Existence, Obeisance, Molestator, and Crematory Digestor.
